What messages we send

When you place a food order through the Voice Order Bot, we send transactional messages about that order by SMS text message and/or WhatsApp:

• An order confirmation.
• A secure payment link for that order.
• Updates about the status of that order, when applicable.

These messages are sent only in connection with orders you place. Message frequency varies per order; you will typically receive 1 to 3 messages per order.

How you opt in

You opt in by initiating contact with the service and requesting an order: you call the Voice Order Bot at +1 612-324-0846, or you start a WhatsApp chat with the service, and place a food order. Order messages are then sent to the phone number you called or messaged from.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out and getting help

• Reply STOP to any text message to end SMS messages from this program. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at +1 612-324-0846.
